The vision for the Goudies Lane experience is becoming a reality with Q Condos at the heart.

A new social space will bring creativity and community together. The Goudies Lane experience will become a favourite location for local musicians and artists. The new community benefit space will integrate with Q Condos with a boutique coffee shop, outdoor gathering area, and live events that are scheduled throughout the year.

Meet friends at the boutique coffee shop connected to the community benefit space and main floor of Q.

Enjoy life in perfect harmony at scheduled music events planned for Goudies Lane.

Goudies Lane will be designed to welcome friends, family and work colleagues to meet over a coffee and watch one of the planned music or art events.

Step outside the Goudies Lane creative space and mingle with friends in new placemaking spaces like Vogelsang Green.

Live music and art shows will be scheduled throughout the year in the Goudies Lane experience.
